No, I am charging you the direct cost + tax of the SteamDeck, and the direct cost (plus tax/shipping) of the MicroSD Card if you get one. You are only paying for Shipping costs (from me to you) and my services of Installing the software and also any help you need after you recieve it.

No WINDOWS is not installed onto the STEAMDECK. I have done a lot of research and I find that dualbooting Windows onto a SteamDeck causes lots of issues (DRIVER ISSUES ETC). Everything is installed and working through STEAMOS with no issues. Everything will pop up in Gaming mode homescreen and you can run FL Studio or Ableton the same way you would a normal game.

Yes, Midi Controllers, Keyboards + Mouse, Most Audio Interfaces, bluetooth devices (mouse, keyboard, airpods, speakers) all work. I recommend getting a "Dock" which has multiple USB ports, an HDMI and Displayport connections. I recommend the official Steam version on thier website, but 3rd party ones exist.

FL Studio/Ableton are easy to control. I have custom controller layouts included that assigns common FL Studio shortcuts to be assigned to the SteamDeck Buttons such as Copy/Paste, Undo, etc..

VSTs generally do not run very well on the SteamDeck, they are useable but sometimes overload and will freeze FL/Ableton. For that reason I don't install them by default. Since the SteamDeck is an ultra portable set up, I recommend sticking to loops, one shots, stock vsts and such. If you still want some VSTs installed I am able to do it, however it will be upon special request only and cost additional $ and I can't guarantee they will work very well.
